Single storey 30 sq mtr rear extension - Overall I am happy with the how the extension turned out. Maninderdeep is very pleasant to work with, his communication is very good, is very approachable - I was able to ask questions throughout the process. Importantly, he had good communication with building control, making the bookings and attending to site inspections as needed. Couple of things to highlight how hard working and diligent the team were: We do not have direct access to our front garden so any materials and site clearance had to be carried across a public pathway and green space. There were no complaints about this, just a positive can-do attitude to get the job done. The job was complete in roughly 3.5 months through persistent winter rain. As above, this wasn't easy when it came carrying materials and for site clearance. The team also showed good flexibility. I added some extra work along the way and the were able to accommodate this at a fair price. Quality of workmanship was good. Few hiccups along the way which can happen on any build but you can be very open with the team and they would rectify as needed. Price wise - I found them to be mid-range from all the quotes I received which is fair for the quality of their work and how efficient they were. I will definitely be using Provision for future planned works. Thank you to Maninderdeep and the team !
